Often times, we jump to label ourselves as “Christians”, but do we know what that word really means? To be a follower of Christ, what the word “Christian” really means, we need to let go. We need to be okay with God’s plan being different than ours. God has a plan at work, as he tells us again and again in Scripture. We just need to trust that his plan is better than anything we could try to plan for ourselves.
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
